On the preview page you can see the "buy" button and two price options for each product.

Non-exclusive price means that other people can continue to buy the template you have chosen after your purchase.

Paying the exclusive price guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is permanently removed from our site and will never be available to other customers again. Only you and those who bought the template before you will own it.

After you have purchased the template for ANY price you receive the template itself with all source files according to the "Sources available" section, some supplementary materials (clipart, free fonts, etc.) and the right to build any website using the template in any way you like. Please read carefully this extract from our Terms of Use to make sure that you understand what you're allowed and what you're not allowed to do with this template. Please note that after exclusive purchase you are assigned the same rights.

Limited Usage Granted

You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design.

Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

Unauthorized Use

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

Assignability

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from JoesTemplates.com.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
